¿Do I have to order a minimum number of bottles?

There is no minimum number of bottles to order when making a purchase. However please note that shipping costs are not included in the bottle price and the larger the number of bottles you order, the lower the shipping costs are.

Is it possible to modify an order I have already placed?

You can freely modify or cancel your order if it has not been shipped. In case it has been shipped, please accept your order and return it to us. We will return you the amount you spent in your purchase deducting the shipping costs we may have incurred in.

What if my package is wet or damaged?

In this case, please refuse to accept the package and send as an email with the issue to http://cepasdelaculebra.com/contact/

What if I’m away when the package arrives?

Shipping agency will try to deliver your package a second time. Eventually they will call you so you can arrange a suitable time for delivery. If they can’t find you, shipment will be returned to our place.

I’ve received my order, but it’s not complete or incorrect.

How can I see my shipping costs?

You can check your shipping costs before making your purchase, after you introduce your shipping details for delivery. Shipping costs will be added to your order at checkout

Do you ship out of the European Union?

What kind of package do you use for shipping your wine?

Wine shipments are made using cardboard boxes specially created for shipping wine bottles.
